Shipping Information

To ensure you have accurate delivery estimates, we provide a time-frame for order fulfillment before shipping. Please check each item's stock status and "Ships Within" time on the item page or in your shopping cart.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible, so your order may ship earlier than estimated, and you may receive multiple deliveries. Tracking information will be sent to your provided email address. You can track your order here.

Item Availability

Most products are “Stock Items.” On each item’s page, the “Ships Within” time is displayed above the “Add to Cart” button. Some items are labeled differently to indicate a specialty product.

Here's a breakdown of various product terms:

  • Custom-Made: Fabricated to your specifications. Final sale; cannot be canceled or returned.
  • Made-to-Order: Fabrication begins after order placement. Final sale; cannot be canceled or returned.
  • Special Order: Not a stock item but can be ordered from the manufacturer, generally taking longer to fulfill.
  • Backorder: Currently unavailable but will be back in stock soon.

Ground Shipments

Most ground shipments are fulfilled through FedEx or UPS and do not require a signature. Here’s what to expect once your order ships:

  • Standard: 3-5 business days
  • 3-Day: Delivery in 3 days
  • 2-Day: Delivery in 2 days
  • Next-Day: Delivery the next day

Please note that this does not include order processing time. Expedited shipments are delivered on weekdays only. Refunds are not available for expedited shipping delays due to uncontrollable events.

Ground Shipping Address Changes

Addresses can be updated at no additional cost before the order has shipped. After shipping, address changes can be requested at no extra charge, but the carrier cannot guarantee the change.

Curbside Freight Shipments

Items too large or delicate for standard ground shipping are sent via freight. Freight carriers handle oversized and fragile items safely. Here’s what to expect:

  • You will receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date to your local freight terminal.
  • The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment within 1-2 business days. Only weekday appointments are available. If you can't receive the shipment within this time, contact us.
  • Standard freight shipments are delivered curbside. The driver will bring the item to the curb but not beyond. For additional delivery services, arrangements must be made before placing the order.
  • Upon delivery, inspect and sign for the shipment. Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt. To submit a shipping damage claim, notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Curbside Freight Address Changes

Addresses can be updated at no additional cost before shipping. After shipping, the freight carrier charges an additional fee for address changes.

Shipping Costs

We cover most shipping costs for our customers:

  • Orders over $99: FREE shipping
  • Orders under $99: Flat rate of $9.99

For international shipments, including Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories outside the Contiguous U.S., you will receive a shipping quote via email within 1-2 business days of order placement. This includes shipments requiring a ferry or boat. Orders will be processed once the shipping cost is approved and paid.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on orders marked undeliverable by the carrier. Any delivery service beyond standard curbside delivery is subject to availability and additional costs paid by the customer.
